Ingredients :

For Chutney:-
1/4 cup Sev
2-3 Green Chillies
Small bunch of Mint Leaves
1 cup Coriander Leaves
1 Lemon, squeezed
Salt as per taste
2-3 Ice Cubes

For Tikki:-
.
1 cup Soya Chunks soaked in warm water for 2 hours
200 gm crushed Paneer
3-4 Green Chillies
Small Ginger Knob
3-4 Garlic Cloves
1 cup of mix veggies (finely chopped Onion, Capsicum, French Beans & Carrot)
Finely chopped Coriander
1/4 cup Besan
1.5 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Salt as per taste

Method :
.
Chutney-
In a mixie, take 1/4 cup Sev
Add 2-3 Green Chillies
Add a small bunch of Mint Leaves
Add 1 cup Coriander Leaves
Add 1 Lemon, squeezed
Add Salt as per taste
Add 2-3 Ice Cubes and grind smooth
.
Tikki-
Further take 1 cup soaked and squeezed Soya Chunks in a mixer jar
Add 200 gm Paneer
Add 3-4 Green Chillies
Add a small Ginger Knob
Add 3-4 Garlic Cloves
Grind the mixture on pulse mode
Transfer the mixture in a mixing bowl
Add 1 cup of mix veggies (finely chopped Onion, Capsicum, French Beans & Carrot)
Add finely chopped Coriander
Add 1/4 cup Besan
Add 1.5 tsp Garam Masala
Add 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
Add 2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Add Salt as per taste
Combine everything well and prepare small tikkis from the mixture
Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry them until both the sides are golden-brown
Take them on a serving plate
