Ingredients :
1 cup Soya Chunks (alternatively soya chunks granules can be used)
1 cup Rolled Oats (alternatively instant oats can be used)
1 finely chopped medium sized Onion
Finely chopped Coriander
Shredded Carrot
2 tsp coarsely crushed Ginger, Garlic and Green Chilies
1 tbs White Sesame Seeds (Safed Til)
Add 1 tsp coarsely crushed Coriander Seeds (Dhaniya)
Add 1 tsp Raw Mango Powder (Amchur Powder)
Add 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Add 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
Add 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
Add 1 tsp Coriander-Cumin Seeds Powder (Dhaniya-Jeera Powder)
Add Salt as per taste
Method :
Boil 1 cup Soya Chunks in water for 5 min
Turn off the heat and ake them out
Risne well and strain the water by squeezing them
Churn 1 cup Rolled Oats in mixie and transfer in a bowl
Churn boiled soya chunks on pulse mode
Transfer it in the same mixing bowl of oats powder
Add finely chopped Onion, Coriander and shredded Carrot
Add 2 tsp coarsely crushed Ginger, Garlic and Green Chilies
Add 1 tbs White Sesame Seeds
Add 1 tsp coarsely crushed Coriander Seeds
Add 1 tsp Raw Mango Powder
Add 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Add 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
Add 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
Add 1 tsp Coriander-Cumin Seeds Powder
Add Salt as per taste
Combine everything well and prepare small tikkis from the mixture
Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry them until both the sides are golden-brown
Take them on a serving plate
