  1. These all look delicious! Do you rinse the rice before tossing it in the pan, or is that what helps the broth thicken up in the pan?

  2. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. How do you know every single time I'm craving something. I was going to make your mushroom risotto today butttt now I can't decide.

  3. I think youtube is busted, I have not received any notifications from your channel the past 2 weeks.
    Oh well, mini marathon

  4. I’ve had quite a bit of luck cooking traditional stove top risotto in my slow cooker on low for 4 hours. I just soften all the veggies and toast the rice on the stove in a pan and then dump it all in the slow cooker most recipes I’ve used have turned out perfectly! Definitely trying the last 2!

I love your all room temp stock in at once. That’s how i do it and I honestly, can’t tell much of a difference plus I’m a busy mama and don’t have time lol. Thank you lovely!

  6. I LOVE how you always create fusions with my favorite flavors! ❤❤❤❤❤ Never thought of Caesar salad risotto

  7. Oh my goodness, these are ALL brilliant! Thank you! We love risotto but the thought of standing by the pan, stirring for ages, really puts me off. I will try it his week!

Oh my god, I love risotto! My dad makes an awesome instant pot sausage risotto with sundried tomatoes and spinach and it's one of my FAVOURITE meals.

  9. Apparently alcohol cooking off is a myth. After 15 minutes of cooking, 40% of the alcohol content remains in the dish. More cooks off the longer you cook it, but still good to note that alcohol doesn't actually cook off immediately.

  10. I cringed super hard when you added in the liquid all at once lol I know its a quick version but still! xD

  12. I always just add my stock cold never knew it was traditional to do it hot! I agree looks delicious anyway xx

  13. They all look delicious! Have you always had that music in the background? I found it really distracting but it is the first time I noticed it like that…

  14. Sarah, do you mind doing a video on dishes that pair well with different members of the onion family? Like what dishes are good to add shallots too? Green onions? Yellow onions? Leeks? White/spanish onions?
