    im baaaack! lol let me not be creepy, I really thought I commented on this video, I guess not lol. Anywho I made your eggplant stew and shirazi salad and it was SOO GOOD! I didn't skip on the garlic at all and I'm so beyond satisfied 🙂 thank God for you girl <3

  5. I love making sweet potato hash which had red pepper, sweet potato and onions. If sweet potatoes take the longest to cook then why do you put them at the end?

    Hi Olga, I'm not vegan but I watch your videos for ideas on healthy recipes and I've even tried making some of them. I like how simple and easy to make they are and I like how you edit your videos. This video looks different because the quality looks like it's from an independent film. I'm not sure how to describe it but how did you achieve that and what filter did you use? Also, I like in the beginning how the title "What I Eat" appears the same time as you walk to the other side of the kitchen. How did you do that? I have a travel channel and I've been trying to figure out how to put these features into my own videos using Final Cut Pro. I'm hoping for any suggestions you can give. Thanks and I'm looking forward to more What I Eat in a Day videos 🙂

  7. You can eat the enoki stems! Just cut the dirty root part off and you'll have a long thin mushroom

  9. Loveeee your miso soup. I eat it cold (at summer) and i add zucchini to the soup and for topping i add fresh green onion, avocado and sesame seeds. YUM!

    Thank you! great smoothie!! I remember being fearful of eating to much fruit for weight gain. It's terrible I've been that way for so long. I'm just so happy to have a proper understanding now.
