    Meal 1: Plain bread, Protein Powder.
    Meal 2: Beer, Protein Powder.
    Meal 3: Ice Cubes, Protein Powder.
    Meal 4: Protein Powder, Protein Powder.
    Etc etc

    What the hell all that olive oil in the food is not good, sure it has plenty of protein but it has a lot of fats also, we need low fat and calorie,with plenty of protein foods

  4. I want actual protein totals on each of these because I don't believe a bunch of veggies and a handful of shrimp would come anywhere near, say, a good ol' chicken breast

  5. I don't know why, but somehow, these healthy recipes seem so much better than the normal ones?! I don't know, maybe it's for the fact that I'm so in love with oil-free, nutritious cooking, that an oil-dripping chicken piece resting on a mountain of cheese doesn't appeal to me anymore.
