  3. I've never tried baking the spaghetti before. More Cheese!!!! ๐Ÿ˜‹ Zucchini noodles taste much better than regular noodles to me. ๐Ÿ˜

    Where do you get that thing that make the zucchini into spaghetti noodles? What's it's called also? Sorry, I grew up eating carnival food, so dont have the health food lingo as I'm sure you can tell. Thanks and God bless

  5. I kinda like it but zucchini is something i couldnt masked the taste like actual noodles maybe to me its watery, and crunchy texture, i always prefer eggplant for lasagna for its soft texture.

  6. That Rao's sauce is damn near 7 bucks! That's ridiculous but after reading the back of other sauces I found that Ragu has a low carb and sugar amount which isn't much from Rao's and guess what? Pizza sauces are almost no sugar or carbs and wayyyy cheaper! I was happy about that! I added my own seasonings to the sauce to my liking and that worked out great.

  7. Hello. I am totally new to this and waiting to go shopping to stock my fridge and pantry properly. My first act has been to rehome any wheat flour, pasra, rice and grains so I am not tempted.
    In the recipe being cooked, I understand the cream but am curious. You use ground beef…why chicken stock? Is beef stock frowned upon? To me it seems like cooking mussels in chicken stock instead of fish or seafood stock. Is there a purpose? Love all I am learning. Thank you!

  11. The macros are for the whole dish? Seems like itโ€™s low for 1.5 lbs of ground beef. Whatโ€™s the serving size

  12. Looks very good, but why cool the meat sauce and then put in a warm slow cooker? Why not just put it in the slow cooker right away? And also, did you drain the zucchini or prep it in some way before baking? The moisture has to go somewhere.

  13. I like the white banner on top but it covers up too much of the skillet ..meanwhile there's a big space of nothing at the bottom between the cast iron skillet and edge of screen
