  2. For breakfast I had oatmeal mixed with 1/2 a mashed banana, cinamon, vanilla, and chia seeds and then i topped it with some frozen blueberries, the other 1/2 banana and some walnuts

  5. Wonderful video Liv! <3 I just ate A LOT of muesli with soy milk whilst I am recovering from anorexia. So yeah, I didn't really enjoy my breakfast but when I'm better I would LOVE to try some of your breakfast recipes out!     I drank lemon water, ate overnight oats topped with a ton of fruit and drank also some green smoothie ❤❤❤

  8. Hi hun i had a piece of grainy toast with sliced tomato & boiled egg was yummmmmm the tomato was good because we all know boiled egg can be a bit dry! Im waiting for my avocados that i bought to ripen i bought a bag of 8 or so!!! Im loving avo on grainy toast mmmmm

    Everything looks good! I love chia pudding and have never thought to put dry turmeric in it. Can't wait to give a try
