hey i tried to make the sour cream i got the same brand coconut cream and i put all the ingredients in it but it blends to mashed potato consistency! i even tried adding melted coconut oil then a dash of water still mashed potatoes. yours looks so liquidy but creamy like a perfect salad dressing i would love to know how you got yours to that consistency

  3. Can stevia, xylitol, raw honey 🍯 be used instead of agave! I may have contributed to my mom &dads death by suggesting it as a substitute for sugar, when they shouldn't had any sugar at all.

  4. Thank you for posting these Alkaline videos. I began my alkaline vegan journey just this past month in April on the 19th. I began my fasting detox journey due to low iron levels and a progressing eczema that is damaging my skin. I’m alway sluggish or feel fatigue most days so once I learned about Dr. Sebi I knew I had to try to live my life the way he was advising. At first I thought “but what will I eat” then I thought “YouTube!” And here we are😊 I appreciate all the alkaline videos and the love and support. I can’t wait to try your recipes once I’m done with my fast.
Blessings, love, health, and goodness to you and your home. Thank you for sharing with us.

    hello there! I have a question…
did you dry your own tomatoes or were the sun-dried tomatoes store bought?
sun-dried tomatoes are always my go-to for sauces and are super good!
    thank you. <3

  7. Like how you made the sofrito; I will add chili powder to mine. I can't wait to make this dish! Thank you for the recipe.

  8. I like the video instruction and multicolor of ingredients, but the music background is too loud the hear you clearing at times recommend volume turn down some……keep the positivity coming sistah…Shalom!

  9. I was listening via headphones and this came on. Your video come on as a suggested video to a playlist I had been watching for over most of the day. I'm going vegan. But I was busy doing things in my house so I wasn't actually watching the videos, they were just playing in the background. You kept saying "input" and I was so confused. I was like🤔🤔🧐🧐 But at least it got me to look at what you were doing.

  10. This looks amazing! I have never tried black chick peas, I’m putting it on my shopping list now! Next time you can add cayenne to the pico de Gallo it will turn it up 🙌🏽💯🔥

  11. When you soak the beans/chickpeas do you toss the water you soaked them in or use it? Because I thought the water absorbed the acidity of the bean and therefore you should toss it. Thank you btw!

  12. This is how you do a video. No fillers, unnecessary talking etc. Thanks, I appreciate the idea. Good by Chipotle and hello DIY (:
