  1. Keto diet is not for everyone and can be dangerous. Do it at your own risk and research all the possible side effects, if you are doing keto by choice, (not for serious medical reasons) overdoing the diet can be very bad.

  3. I’ve done keto on and off but tomatoes and tomato sauce aren’t low carb lol. If u wanna lose weight though I highly recommend, I lost 20 lbs in 2 months.

  4. Yeah you shouldn’t have too much tomato, onion, carrot or even low carb bread on keto. Most of these would get you almost to your carb limit with one meal.

  5. My sister sent me this video last night thinking I could take ideas from it because i'm on a ketogenic diet. Then today, about 2 hours ago, I took this recipe, modified it a bit, and added the Caesar dressing from food network, and had that for lunch with my other sister, and mom. And oh boy was it fucking good. Best fucking salad i've had in years.
