  2. I notice you use a lot of different oils (EVOO, Vegetable, Grapeseed). Is that depending on the temperatures you will be cooking the food at? Or do you just prefer certain flavors with certain foods?

    Just subscribed. Great recipes. Where do you suggest purchasing the containers or how many ounces do they hold or even measurements in case you don’t recommend a particular brand. Thanks so much for all you do to bring us great options for eating healthy!
