    You can do the last meal the same but instead of a crockpot do overnight oats in the fridge! Add some chia seeds and its perfect, fast and tasty. tfs whit :)

  6. i tried the blueberry oatmeal cups and they turned out great! not too sweet.
    i blended my oats in a food processor to make the texture more muffin like and i used quick oats instead cuz i didn't have old fashioned oats and added a dash of cinnamon. they turned out pretty much like banana blueberry muffins! i loved it!

  10. Although I'm vegan, youre channel gives me so much inspiration! Your motto, "It's not a diet, it's a lifestyle," has really stuck to me. I make myself get up and go to the gym when im not feeling motivated because I finally realize how true your motto is! I see results and im SOO proud of myself, but at this moment, just being happy and comfortable with myself is the goal, the results are just ADDING to that!
