  8. I Have been doing Intermittent fasting for the past 2 years and lost 30 kilos/70lbs.Ppl who see me dont even recognize me anymore.I skip breakfast eat lunch at 12 pm which is salads and then a small snack usually fruit and nuts and then dinner by 6 pm.i do 18:6 window
