  2. Have checked the added salt in the other flavored? In my country most of the flavors are salted as well and then you get too much salt in your body. ? Love the video. Inspiring as always ?

    I watched this video this morning, and your lunch salad looked SOOO delicious that I'm eating the same thing for lunch!! I had all the stuff, but opted to switch out tuna for chicken apple sausage, and it is amazing!! I always say that I'm not a salad person, but maybe I will be now 🙂

  8. Yes on seasoning those veggies! Sometimes I feel like people forget about the power of fresh herbs! You can really get creative there, just put whatever you like, whether it's cilantro, parsley, mint leaves… takes your food to another level! Plus it looks really pretty ?

    Omg thank you for talking about your past experience with eating. I can so relate!!! I have spent late nights researching exactly what I need to eat the next day and it stresses me out when I eat something that I didn’t plan to eat so I try to fix it by compromising my other meals and I end up spending all day trying to figure out exactly what I am going to eat/when/ how much I’m going to eat… etc. and it’s just a reoccurring cycle that I didn’t realize I was wasting so much time on.

But also how you show us your downsides as well like on Instagram the other day where you said you were crying it’s so nice for you to not only show us your good side but to show us that you’re human as well and that you’re just like everyone else you have your breakdowns and you cry it’s very encouraging Cambria.   17. OMG! I wake up, make an vanilla agave cinnamon almond milk latte, sit down and here you are with new video. This video was just what I needed. No to diets and no to trying to eat perfect. I’m learning new ways to listen to my body and eat healthy. It is fun! Where did you get those sweet potatoes?     Cambria there is so many different opinions about adding a lot of spices and salt to your food. Would you say that is doesn't matter that much? ??.. "MyFitnessPall" will warn me about my salt intake and I don't understand why..

    So yummmm!! It's a delight to watch, makes me want to eat healthy even more. Btw, I just want to say thank you for praying for my brother.❤️ He's healed now after more than 3 weeks of being sick and is back to work again. Praise be to God. We're so very thankful that he got pass this.?

I stopped having coffee once my body started telling me that it can't keep up with it. Listening to your body is the first step towards loving your body!

When I mess up and eat the wrong thing I naturally feel bloated and flabby but now I remember your words to love our bodies b/c the Lord formed us. I’m deeply spiritual but still struggled with getting mad at my body. But now I get back on track immediately b/c I give myself grace. God bless
