  4. Carbs are not essential. The history of humanity has more or less gone without carbohydrates. Unless you were lucky enough to live in a climate that produced some. Therefore carbohydrates are not necessary but we're prehistorically there to fatten up man before the Winter months. If you want to make your diet and weight much more simple, cut way back on the carbohydrates or just eat them seasonally like we used to. I do agree with you that not all carbohydrates are created equal and it is important to choose wisely when eating them.?

  5. Hmmmm…Eat those “great complex carbs” are a no no if you want to lose weight. Chickpeas, sweat potatoes, green peas, etc WILL keep you fat. Eat 100% raw, low glycemic veggies and the lbs. fall off.

  6. How are carbs essential if your body can
    A) survive without any carbs
    B) make its own glucose without dietary carbs?

    Perhaps swap the word essential with tasty 😉
