Hey Suz, I just wanted to let you know that I used your garlic chicken recipe (but I used thighs instead of leg quarters) and it was absolutely Deeeellliiissshh!!! My daughter said it was so good that she wanted seconds. It was flavorful and well seasoned. Thank you so so much for sharing your keto/low carb meals as it makes my life more simple. Cheers Dawlinka!! ❤️❤️??

  2. Yellow dry onion is definitely not keto. The amount of sugar in it is huge. That's why is caramelised so easy. Also the sausages are not keto, they contain carbohydrates and lots of chemicals. Maybe try a salsicia that's 98 percent meat and salt. I wish people would do a research before they slap videos saying that's keto. Then they wonder why they don't go into ketosis.

  3. I have gotta say, your food looks absolutely delicious, once the lockdown is lifted I will be moving into my own home and cannot wait to cook these meals wow. Please keep posting, definitely subscribing 🙂 thank you x

Look like great recipes. On the fish with the canola oil…you could have just rinsed the fillets to remove as much of the canola oil off as possible to mitigate and replace the seasoning and oil with better as needed. JMHO

I love chicken leg quarters!!! All the food looks amazing! I've never had leeks before and I love Vidalia onions. My ex-father-in-law introduced me to them. He cut one in half and took the center out of it and then melted butter in the center of it and served it to me like that. OMG! it was so good.
