    i mean i will use this idea and add some of other ideas too cause i think it will be boring and sad if just eat all of this but this is definitely helpful it is like the base idea

  5. People spend tons of money and waste so much time trying the avoid this type of meal. When you are serious and sick and tired of being overweight, this is the simplest way to meet that goal.

  9. as far as a meal prep video goes, its overly edited and fairly bland, like the meal. it boils down to "buy precooked chicken and frozen broccoli. put it in a tub".
