  3. The breakfast looks very good even the oatmeal is a good idea but someone like me that's has diabetes that would pack me kill me it's too much sugar and too much carbs can you please give me a recipe that doesn't have all that sugar and carbs

  4. I found this channel on my girlfriends youtube feed. My girlfriend has issues with food that she is not willing to admit — it sits very deep in her psyche, so I understand that she resist acknowledging it. We are not in a good place right now so I am not sure if I am even going to be capable of helping her with it. Her depression may break our relationship. I wanted to write my story down here in the off chance that I atleast could help someone else. Ok, so here is my initial impression of this channel: this youtuber is underfed. The meals that she is promoting consist of fruit and yoghurt, which seems to me to be a really poor source of most of the things your body needs (as backed by medical papers).   8. I honestly subscribed without watching any videos as I am subscribed to MadFit, this is the first I watched and I am so glad I did. What you and your boyfriend, I am assuming, said at the end of the video is so true and I am so glad you mentioned it as my mom and I was just talking about that. It's all genetics and as long as you feel good inside and out that is what matters. When I workout, I, unfortunately, don't get lean but get too musclely 🙁 and also it's how a person's body is built too. My mom says it's better than her and my sisters and they are skinny. I don't have a specific diet, I make sure I get my protein, veggies, and all the other healthy stuff. If I feel good I eat it and it's okay if once in a blue moon treat myself to Taco Bell, it's all about balance and how my body feels. Thank you for your talk and I plan to keep watching more of your videos. You are beautiful inside and out Maddie. P.S your dinner meal looks so good, I plan to make it when the weather cools down.

  11. So fruits are ok to eat ? I heard many people said that if you wanna be lean should not eat much fruits coz they contains lots of sugar …. if I misunderstood then sorry coz I love fruits so much !
