Hi guys!!! I hope your New Year is off to a wonderful start. ❤️ Thinking of creating a Veganuary series for people interested in going more plant-based! Any requests for video topics?

  2. I can't believe i never thought of topping avocado with sriracha. I want to love avocados so bad but i have such a hard time eating them unless it's guacamole. I just uploaded my what i eat in a day video as well, and did not hold back. I know that my diet was terrible but i'm working on it! Watching all of these gives me so much inspiration for new healthier meals!

  3. I really like your recipes, especially the high protein ones. I've been trying to cut back on meat and dairy and these recipes are really good alternatives!

  4. I really appreciate your videos, my #1 difficulty transitioning to a vegan diet is figuring out what to eat now that I'm not having animal product based meals and I want to eat healthier at the same time. I literally have been eating spaghetti, burritos, kimchi, and jicama spring rolls every meal for like a month.

  5. Hi Sarah! Love your channel! I am all set to make those brownies but you didn't say what size pants to bake them in. Look forward to your response so I can eat all the vegan brownies! 😃

  6. Your soup 'hack' by blending some of the soup is genius. Thank you for upping my meal game for this winter season!

  7. Hi Sara,
I just tried the lentil and avocado, yum what a winner.
I started the whole meal with some Italian red wine, olives and almonds.
then I added brown rice and baby spinach to your yummy meal
also I added red wine to the tahini dressing, it went pink.

it was so good I ate 3 servings and the whole avocado was eaten.
    It completely lifted my spirits.

thank you for sharing your creativity with the world

lots of love from England, Paul.

  8. Wish you more hungry new vegans coming over here and constant inspiration for doing what you love:) Appreciate yourself everyday, girl!

  9. Last year I played around with a lot of vegan/vegetarian recipes. So I can learn slowly. This new year I am stuck in between being Vegetarian and Vegan. It's kinda hard, but i'm just trying to be a healthy human being, but I think starting off Vegetarian will help me work my way up to being Vegan! >_________<

  10. I've been a vegetarian for 8-9 years and turned vegan a few months ago. So 2018 will be my first year going fully plant-based 😊 Oh and the tofu quiche looks soooo yummie! Definitely going to try it on the weekend!

  11. Hope to slowly transition to a vegan diet this year. Issue is I have difficulty digesting beans and veggies. I've tried to go more plant based in the past but give up because the GI discomfort is so bad. Any tips on how to better transition?

Yes!! I am in that boat. My resolution is to learn to love me more and with that eating plant-based.

  13. enjoy how your recipes end up being healthy w/o sacrificing the taste! :0 :0

also, have you considered "synchronising" your ingredient narration with the ingredients text/visuals you provide in the video?

for example (esp in dips/sauce recipes listing a bunch of spices) often you'll mention something like "paprika" but then the video would already be jumping ahead with 2-3 other ingredients so its not so "streamlined" in the thought process. what do you think?
