    I ordered those bras a few months ago and returned them all, I hate that they all have that center seam on the cups.

  6. I eat my biggest in the morn hate being loaded up and need to use my calories otherwise it sits. I'm like the easy keeper. Give me a flake a day.
    So for me its
    King for breakfast
    Queen for lunch
    Pauper for dinner lol

  7. What if you reduced your coffee? It takes quite a bit to get that high a level of withdrawal. I just worry because of the extreme health benefits of coffee. Another thought, is that if you were using light or medium blends to switch to a dark roast. Roasting breaks down caffeine, so a dark roast has the least caffeine, but still has all the amazing benefits including a 40% drop in incidence of some cancers. There aren't many things around that have demonstrable health benefits like that backed up by studies. It's a hard tool to lose from your health tool box. It has far higher levels of anti-oxidants than anything else we consume.

    Mac: 2-3 TBS cashew butter, 1/2 lemon juiced, 3-4 TBS nutritional yeast. Sprinkle of garlic, onion, paprika, salt. Add "tiny bit" of water and keep it somewhat thick because the noodles will have moisture in their own.

  9. Another great post! Wonderful simplicity. Try smoked paprika in that Mac-n-cheez sometime, too. It adds a nice touch.

    I wish I wasn’t super busty. It’s not all it’s cracked up to be. I would love to be able to wear a bralette or just go braless. Only in my dreams! 😱
