I love how diverse and open you are to all types of diets and not try to hammer one type of diet into or heads!

omg cream party is the best! p.s. new subbie, binge watching all your videos at the moment to get ready to meal prep tonight with my boyfriend!

  3. If you make the whirlpool you don't need the vinegar. Scientifically it doesn't make any difference, except that the egg tastes of vinegar

  4. Your videos have really been helping me lately. I'm am trying to learn how to eat healthy without feeling like I need to read every label and count every macro and calorie. That was a good way to kick start healthy eating, but doing it for forever is just upsetting. I like your unrestricted approach because it has helped me retain my love of food, and feel like I can still have the occasional slice (or 2 but not 5) of pizza without feeling like I messed up.

As a college student it is tough because I have to be on a meal plan, but I'm figuring out some dining hall hacks to help me get in more veggies, more whole grains and more lean protein without relying on toast and pasta. If you have a chance, a video on making healthier choices in college would be great, especially if it can focus on making healthier choices when confronted with a buffet. Thank you so much! I love your videos 🙂

  5. thanks for your videos. where in the grocery store would I find cauliflower rice? in the rice section? or the frozen food section? never heard of it but would love to try it. thanks

Preparing dog food sounds interesting! I don't own a dog myself, but many friends of mine do and some would surely love some ideas for their special buddies <3 Besides, I'd like to know how to put together a healthy meal for dogs, because seriously, I don't really trust the canned stuff.

  10. please ignore the negative people ? I'm plant based myself, but I love your videos, ALL of them. you never do the same thing & always have amazing content!! KEEP IT COMING?
