    Looks like you are trying to get fat, eating so much fat. Where is the fruit??? Fruit is humans first food, eat some!

  3. Can you please tell me if cassava can be eaten regularly in Paleo? I like you video's. Want to start with this way of eating but with dairy. Am originally from Suriname now in Holland.

  4. Have you read or informed yourself on the Paleo diet??? Whey protein is an ABSOLUTE NO NO on the Paleo diet. Butter, which is dairy, is an ABSOLUTE NO NO on the Paleo diet. Paleo allows for meats/eggs (preferably organic or grass fed), fibrous veggies and fruits, nuts except peanuts, coconut milk ok yet no almond milk unless home made, healthy oils ok, and limit sweeteners yet ok for honey/maple syrup/coconut sugar/or stevia (in moderation). It does allow for limited red wine. NO dairy, including butter or cheese, no grains, no legumes, no potatoes, no convenience or processed foods, no refined oils, and no soy.
