    How much time does it usually take you to prepare all these foods??..I wanna eat healthy but it takes me hours to prepare all these things and then clean the dishes

    Breakfast: Toast with Ham
    Lunch: Brown rice and egg curry
    Dinner: Spaghetti Bolognese.

  10. I'm totally loving the weather too! I find it hard in the warmer weather to want to have the oven on and cook so trying to come up with more stove top dishes. Last week I did burrito bowls: brown rice, black beans, roasted corn, red onion, bell peppers topped with pineapple salsa! I'm sure some ๐Ÿฅ‘๐Ÿฅ‘๐Ÿฅ‘ would be good too ๐Ÿ˜‰ #healthnutfam

  13. Lately I have been loving specializing a zucchini, tossing in what ever veggies I have on hand. Topping with tuna or chicken and mixing peppers or olives. Then I drizzle a little salad dressing. I work from my car so it holds up better than a leafy salad. Itโ€™s so satisfying! ๐Ÿฅ‘๐Ÿฅ‘๐Ÿฅ‘

    I love how bright your kitchen is. Love these videos and the new vibe in this new kitchen. I also love that blue tank style top on you, super cute! Have you ever tried the veggie balls from IKEA? I just love your personality and how genuine you are. I wish we knew each other, I would love to hang out with you.
    I have a question for you. When you use to work outside of the house what helped you stay on a track and being healthy? Sometimes I find myself coming home and feeling tired and not wanting to cook and then resulting to eating out or taking food home and I need to get out of that bad habit. Any suggestions? I have been loving the new Beyond meat sausages. They're plant based and just hit our whole foods in the states about a month ago.
