  2. This is a very good video. I want to start meal prepping, but I have trouble knowing which foods can be frozen. I assume these are just for the fridge and not freezer. Sorry I don’t know much about food 😋

  5. I've meal prepped for years (about 5). For lunch I have the the same thing everyday and I absolutely love it. 2 lbs/16 oz of fruit, usually melon and berries, Greek yogurt and veggie chips. I have a major sweet tooth so the fruit gives me the "fix" i need. For dinner, this week, its homemade vegetable and chicken pho – no noodles.

I would like to follow your way in preparing meals for a week but I am on a 1200 cal/day .I wish I know the macros for the food you prepare. My macros are 50 0/0 carbs 20 0/0 proteins and 30 0/0 fat set for me by the app I follow. Hope to hear from you. Thanks a million

  9. I get bored with the same food so I sometimes meal prep ingredients that I can change what I eat. So like pulled chicken, I can make a salad, a wrap, sandwich, or over rice for dinner. Booked eggs can be a snack or breakfast or add to salads. That is my preference to not get bored eating the same thing over and then eat out an entire week to have something different.

  11. Hi Joanna, I feel inspired to start meal prepping, but does it mean you have to use the microwave a lot to heat up the food? Is that okay for health over the long run?

  13. Jesus Girl.. now that I see that you are eating tilatia I believe that you are consuming that supplements from last video.. dont do tilapia please.. there is no such thing as wild cut tilapia, and tilapia is raise-fed with feces and antibiotics, not other way… do not eat that. we love u!
