  1. Hope you guys enjoyed this one 🙂 What is your go-to quick & healthy meal? Let's leave some inspo for each other in the comments down below! Also, would you like to see a video showing a few healthy & easy 10 min meals?

  2. i think a ten minute meal video is a great idea! it would be super helpful for us vegans but also a great way to show non-vegans how easy it is 🙂

  3. I'm not a vegan but I ABSOLUTELY LOVE your food videos, I tend to come across them when I'm hungry… Thanks lol
my favorite quick meal to make though is probably an everything burrito, you know whatever you're craving, just slap it in there. You can never go wrong with a burrito lol

Maddie, I have a question for you since you are a YouTuber, if you see this, I'd really like some honest feedback. I'm 17 years old, I'm still in school, and for years, probably since I was 12, I've wanted to make YouTube videos. Do you think I should go for it? Do you have any advice for me? I feel like I could do okay, and I wouldn't do it for the money, I'd do it for myself, but I'm a little hesitant about starting up and I figured if I heard something from a YouTuber I like, it would help me make up my mind. (Please be honest)

  4. Fav 10 minute meals is 100% tofu scramble + any veg with sweet potato cooked in the microwave! so good with vegan aioli, sourkrout and tomato sauce>

  5. Perhaps somebody asked before, but: your teeth are so beautiful white! Do you use a specific toothpaste or do you do something special to get them so white?

  6. Loved this video💖 one of my favorite healthy meals is raw ceviche, is a mixed of mushrooms, tomatoes, avocado, coriander and salt, it’s so so delicious 💚🤤

  7. one of my favourite go-to meals is vegan chili. I just throw in a couple cans of mixed beans, canned tomatoes and tomato paste, along with some spices. And I will usually wilt some kale in and enjoy with some of my homemade bread. Seriously, it's SO GOOD and it's extremely easy and fast.

Peanut butter and jelly is my go-to easy meal haha. Not exactly super healthy, but definitely cheap and easy, which works for poor college students like me!

  10. Awww Jack!😩 I've recently started loading up on frozen veggies so I can quickly make a meal out of them with rice or some kind of grain, beans and a sauce.

  11. I love Jack so much!! ❤️❤️So cute if made me smile. Thank you for this awesome video! You made my day 🙂 and it was bad.

  12. I love this idea of a 10-minute vegan meal! My go-to is summer rolls. It only takes me a few minutes to chop up some cucumber and bell peppers, and I usually add some mushrooms, cilantro, avocado, and onion, and wrap it up in the rice paper and dip in coconut aminos. It seems like it would take a lot of time, but it's actually very quick. So yummy!

  13. this is a partially pre-planned meal, but yesterday i made a huge batch of cashew sauce with almond milk, garlic, and onion. I made the sauce to go on pasta, veggies, anything throughout the week. I got home from class today and whipped up some red bell pepper, brocolli, green beans, and kale in a pan to cook them a bit, added tofu ontop and then once i plated everything i dumped some of the cashew sauce ontop! It was delicious, and maybe took me 8 minutes to cook everything but it was the quickest meal ever!

I just want to say THANK YOU. Thank you for what youŗe doing. I'm vegetarian for 3 months'now already, feeling great and I'm trying to go vegan now. You have helped me in my recovery from eating disorder too. I really hope youļl see this. 🙂
    You inspire me.

  15. My go to healthy meal is either a stir fry with some carrots, peas, broccoli, edamame and seasoned with coconut aminos. Or a quinoa thing with spinach, onions, and tomato sauce! So yummy!!

  16. If I know I’m going to be busy for a couple of days, I make a big portion of minestrone soup. Its a kind of soup you can put in whatever veg in the season. And it tastes good even after a couple of days. I like your videos❤️
