  1. I’m gonna try to eat healthy for a month because being 5 foot tall and almost 120 pounds to me is quite over weight for my frame. I don’t have a bunch of muscles so most of my weight is my stomach. I’m gonna eat like this for a month and see how much weight I lose.

  2. I prefer to use a small amount of olive oil in a pan over using nonstick. I use regular old stainless steel pans without Teflon because I would rather not expose myself to the chemicals in it but I guess you gotta pick your battles!

  3. I ♡ any roasted meal. Super easy and delicious. I like the zucchini noodles in pesto dinner. Can you do one with sweet potato noodles plz. Love your videos. ♡

I love your cooking videos because you explain what foods have in them, what they do for you…… thanks!!!

  5. Stir-fry is usually my go to one pan meal, but I'm excited to try some of the options you mentioned! I LOVE T-fal pans, they last forever and make non-stick cooking so easy!

  6. My favourite one pot meal is called "jota" and I make it with sauerkraut and brown beans but it has a few variations. In winter I made it in a large pot and it tastes even betten after a day or two. By the way, I like your way of using mainly organic ingredients.

I love creamy potato corn chowder as a one pot meal. You can flavor it up in so many ways. Turn it Mexican with black beans, tomatoes, and seasonings. Or make it seafood chowder with shredded nori sheets, mushrooms, and old bay seasoning.

Second one pot is the "chikn" noodle soup from Hot for Food, so addictive!
