    Regarding this recipe – this can be had as a filling meal for those on a Keto diet! You can also add some freshly ground black pepper powder towards the end but reduce green chilies if adding.   3. Hello mam, I have tried this one after watching your previous video on veg stir fry using sweet patato. I often take this kind of stir fry as dinner and sometimes I add little quinoa or brown rice to make it a complete meal and soya sauce and chilli sauce to give it a Chinese flavour. That’s just my own twist but thanks to you for all these simple and great ideas. Regards.
