  6. do you have any recommendations to replace cucumbers in meals? Unfortunately I really hate the way cucumbers taste and smell, I see them a lot in plant-based/vegan diets, and I am not a fan. The recipes usually look really good other than that. I am just not creative. Also, the same goes with nuts. I wish I liked nuts, I think it's the texture… the same thing with beans, but I'm trying to get over that dislike of mine. Thank you very much and I hope you have a great day xox

Hi Hannah, there is something I don't understand, when I wasn't a vegan yet I lost 44 pounds but then as I went vegan I started gaining weight again, it's now been 4 month that I'm vegan ans I already gained 17 pounds. So I'm kind of freeking out, above all seeing that my little sister lost 33 pounds just becoming a vegan
