  2. Hi Hannah, this is great, your videos have really helped me be vegan the right way! Apologies if there's already a video like this from you but one thing that might help others to incorporate into these videos is what swaps people can make and where they might be making mistakes, eg making smoothies with mostly water and a touch of plant based milk rather than tons of milk each day/week, and making homemade houmous rather than store bought, to avoid hidden fats. I'm sure there are others. I didn't realise the differences these things make until I cut out things that had just become habitual.

  3. Ugh these look so good. I wish I could eat 2000 calories and lose weight though! My daily normal is around 1200-1400 depending on how much I'm exercising. I'm definitely making a smaller portion of those oats though! Thanks for this video

  12. Does anyone remember what type of nori sheets she uses? I can't find the video where she said. I like the less fishy ones like her.

  13. I found an easy way to make french fries. I cook a bunch of potatoes first in the instapot and then let them cool and store them in the fridge for a few days. After cool, chop and put however many you want into the air frier. Love them!
