  5. I’m confused as to how dr oz is so suprised by this. Like the macros are what is important and weight loss/ weight maintenance is all about calories in and out. And he seems to be keeping track of his micronutrients and vitamins. And he’s an athlete so 5,000 ish calories are normal for someone w/ his activity level.

  6. Im skinny af. But i did start gaining weight when i started following a normal diet . I never eat breakfast . First meal.comes arojnd 3/5 pm and is a decently big meal made at home . Probably 1.5x of what a usual plate should have. Then eat dinner at 9-11. And if im staying up late a snack after midnight. Never gain weight. And if you can sleep less than 7 hours is even better for you. This is for those who want to lose weight.

This probably works but think about it, you CAN ONLY eat one meal a day, but when I go out with my friends for the whole day, which I usually do, do I just sit there for 40 minutes while they are stuffing food right in front of me? Also, if someone starts this fasting, they have to do it everyday right? That means if they stop, they will gain back the weights that they lost

    He is a workout expert and probably a personal trainer. Please dude if you start diet don't copy him literally. He know exactly what he eat. He workout like hell so he can burn that amount of calories. And intermittent fasting can apply on so many ways. Like 8 hours eating window, 4 hours eating window. Better watch the knowledge of intermittent fasting.
