  1. What a smart and thoughtful little girl! We to have changed our foods in our house too. It is work to make it happen, but what a difference!

  2. I think it needs to be labeled type 2
Because this have misinformation thinking this helps type 1 diabetic and this is not okay I have a type 1 diabetic and no matter what diet she is on she wont get rid of it. My daughter didnt get from eating bad or overweight,. I'm tired of the misconceptions

  3. The diet was a success for the father, which is the most important, because of his diabetes, but the diet was not very good to the girl, because she looks older than 7 years old, ha! I guess he said it wrong and he pretended to say 17 years old.

  4. She’s not 7, I have a seven year old, she was 7 when they learned he was diabetic and she decided to make a change. Impressive nonetheless. My brother is diabetic and seems to think he can eat whatever so long he takes insulin to match what he eats he won’t last long and won’t listen to me.πŸ˜₯

  5. 95% of Diabetes is type ll. This is totally reversible in a few months. Focus on that , not the medications. (See Dr. Jason Fung)

Its important to note that this is type 2 diabetes NOT type 1… they should have mentioned that! You can't cure or reverse type 1.

  7. Good lord what an amazing child, it's very hard to believe that she's 7 years old!Β  Sounds like a genius or she's got to be older.Β  I mean "being informed" for a 7 year old??
