  1. thats some seriously unhealthy omelette with lot of egg yolks which is bad cholesterol. That much of salt will give serious bloating since only 1500Mg of salt is recommended. Spices r ok but again your quantity is insane. Most important only 25-30 grams of protein can be synthesized by human body, consuming that much protein is just a waste. You live in UK and u mentioned just because u live there u have more knowledge i dont know how that makes u more knowledgeable .. hope noone is consuming this unhealthy omelette.

  2. Abe bewakoof 4 yolks 20 g of unsaturated fat not healthy , recommend is 15 g per day , go get some knowledge and garam masala ?????? bc kuch bhi bana raha hai

  3. Do you know that using a pressure cooker actually kills your nutrients with the cooking process.? There's somewhere around 10-15gms of protein left in it.?

  4. beerbiceps but ranvir every beans aur daal does not contain too much grams of protein after boiling or cooking..thats why we should eat raw beans to get higher protein and fibre

    1)4 whole eggs
    2)50g Green Gram (Moong Dal)
    3)50g Moth Bean (Matki Dal)
    4)50g Bengal Gram (Chana Dal)
    5)1 Tbsp Ghee
    6)1 Tbsp Cumin (Jeera)
    7)1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
    8)1/2 Tsp Turmeric
    9)1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
    10)Salt to taste

    Optional Ingredients :-
    11)Garlic
    12)Curry Leaves
