  2. 3 weeks to look good in a bikini and you're "far from there". It's great that you're on the right track and promoting health but the most important aspect with this is being realistic. This isn't a crash diet and setting yourself up for failure with unrealistic expectations. Most of success is setting up long term goals. Making it a lifestyle change for the long run. It's so easy to quit when that bikini doesn't fit to your liking in that short time period. However, best wishes. Cheers.

  3. Buy the cheese and grate it yourself . That has added carbs and cellulose to keep it from sticking . Not good for your digesting

    I read this somewhere, to plan your cheats. If you know temptations are coming you choose good but safer cheats. Like dark chocolate, or greek frozen yogurt, mixed nuts etc. You get the gist. Then you won't be so tempted by the sweet potatoes casserole, potato salad.

  5. I'm not a big fan of broccoli, is there something you could recommend to replace that? Also from what I've been finding most people are eating alot of beef as their main source of protein, can you use chicken and fish also or is beef the best way to go?

  7. I'm fortunate to have an avocado tree. We were going to cut it down. Glad we didn't..curious to know what you are going to do with the jello…is it sugar free. I would like to see how you plate all that food. Btw how much have you lost? Glad to see someone is as clumsy as myself. I never use the oven. I always burn myself..

  9. There really isn't any point in eating Broccoli on a Keto diet…. It contains nearly no fat on a diet that is 75% based on fat…….
    Broccoli also has carbs…. Not allot…. But idk if what little benefit your going to receive from eating it is worth cutting into the mere 5% of carbs your allowed on a proper Keto diet…

    Asparagus tho does have allot of added nutrition, so I can see that being in some meals.
    But on that recipe I would be allot more watchful of your ingredients.
    canned goods can be variable…. Because allot of things can be added that wouldn't be there if it was fresh. (But your's may have been fine)
    All those eggs are going to really eat though your carb allowance, that's fine, since they have a good amount of fat & protein but this is back to my first point on how broccoli I feel is wasteful use of your allowance.
    Real cheddar cheese is generally good tho.
    But I would have went for regular or medium ground beef….. The goal is to consume allot of fat.

  10. 100gm of cooked protein as much greens as u want, add avocado, or olive oil. Hey Fresh asparagus is much healthier than canned, much nicer taste too..
