    These are really out dated.
    If you do basic well balanced diet… You don't need to adapt any formal foods like Satwik…
    Just eat balance diet, organic is mandatory… And also do 4-5 days intense exercise…
    I can guarantee you,,you won't have any diseases or any mental hazards..

  2. Like how everyone upgrade their phones, clothes and life style same ways the latest version of God's commandments is Quran and the last for humanity as this is Kali yuga. The final upgrade of religion is Islam. If you research with an open mind, you'll find yourself unfolding the way The God wants you to worship him. We hypocritically worship The God the way that best fits us. Btw I'm a new Muslim who is a vegetarian, was a Hindu before….before Hindu brothers start their negative comments on me. Even if we agree to disagree, lets do it in a decent manner. Remember there will be a day when everyone has to answer to The God, of their actions and words. Garuda purana talks about what happens to us after we die. So, mind every word you say. Stop stereotyping. Everyone jus speaks of what their community has taught them to, everyone is brain washed with propaganda. Stay out of hate speeches. If you have no heart to love another human then don't waste your time to hate them too.

    looks so beautiful super healthy and delicious…. But where to get turmeric leaves in Maharashtra? Pune? 🙂
