    Hi Mam I m Tibetan and we also have Ramadan in may and I can eat only breakfast so can please suggest something to keep myself full n strong and I work full time so I feel very hungry in end of the day, it start on 15 may

  8. Mam i hv a question.plz reply.in ur valentine's diet one has to take banana post lunch.wat it means.like aftr one hour or half an hour aftr lunch and plz do tell max time to hv breakfst,,lunch n dinner.plzzzz
