But just to inform you, Flaxseeds are phytoestrogen or plant estrogen. if someone who has a case of PCOD produces too much estrogen, it crowds out progesterone in the body, which is needed to ward off osteoporosis, convert fat into energy, metabolize glucose, prepare the uterus for an egg, and other important cell functions. The resulting imbalance can produce a even more complicated combination of PCOS symptoms including those listed above. I was told my dietician this and then researched about the same. I was surprised why my doctor hadnt mentioned but when I confronted he had agreed on some studies proving negative impact..

  6. You have very unique recipes. Would love more meal options please. I have PCOD which has led to diabetes post my son's delivery and I have recently had a major spine surgery so still in recovery from that so cannot move around too much. I am looking forward to health this year.
