  4. The BEST paleo pancake recipe is:
    2 eggs

The best paleo pancakes is just eggs and butternut squash (and you can use a little coconut flour too). YUM 🙂

The carbs you'll be getting from these pancakes are ten times healthier than carbs from a Big Mac cake cinnabun.

  9. Just made these and they are really really tasty. The only difference is mine looked like scrammed eggs. They are so hard to flip without them falling apart.

I prefer adding a little vanilla extract. It just gives it an extra boost for pancake flavor.

  11. Crazy Pancakes, Also Try these
    6 eggs
    1/2 cup Cottage cheese
    1/2 cup Raw oat Meal
    3/4-1 banana
Cinnamon & Nutmeg & Little Vanilla

    Blend in Blender

Blue berries 8-14 on first side when first put batter in.

  12. Guys, calm down. Why all the fuss over a few bananas?  Good grief.  Paleo is low-carb, but it's as much about nutrition, too.  Bananas are higher GI, but the health benefits are worth it.  I'd like to add a can of pumpkin to this receipe to really take it to the next level.  Top it with organic maple syrup and it's a party.

  13. Haha, I actually eat quite the same except the almond butter almost every day for breakfast. But I always do just one pancake in the pan… but the flipping seems easier in your videos. I will try to do more and smaller pancakes and see if it works for me.

  14. note to self, apparently paleo is not necessarily low carb.  Still a cool vid for those following that diet.  Good job, love the banana peeling trick 🙂

I fear PALEO is becoming another FAD, where the rules are bent…your cute as a button…so gonna let you slide on this one because your  COOKING like a …a… paleo cave dweller?  or was that BEFORE fire was discovered?

  16. Great recipe, in going to try this in the morning for breakfast. Really enjoy your videos, and am very jealous that you have a lemon tree in your back yard (I live in Canada and am still waiting for the snow to go away!).

  17. Looks great!  I typically use pumpkin instead of banana, and then garnish with a few slices of grilled banana.  I'm concerned that two full bananas may not be good if weight loss is also a goal.  Any opinion on this?

I've made these same pancakes with 3/4 a cup of pumpkin puree or sweet potato in place of the banana! Also veryyy good! I don't think sweet potatoes are paleo but they still make for a great low card pancake!
