I love your personality and how you care so much for your dad.  You remind me of my youngest daughter.  We tried the broccoli slaw and tacos.  So delicious.  Thank you for sharing.  I personally would love to hear more about your weight loss journey and how you got 25 lbs off your dad.  And of course more recipes.

    since you have a gas stove you can also roast the peppers directly on the burner! just used tongs and keep turning them until their charred all over!

  8. Fratatta is an egg dish with out the crust that can be made on the stove and or oven. I'll try your recipe it looks good
