Question!: id love to use these smoothies for breakfast especially for school when I'm always in a rush in the morning… however I never have time to actually make myself breakfast in the morning… could you be able to do the smoothies the night before, refrigerate them and drink them the next morning ? Or would that ruin the smoothie?

  6. These smoothies look so good! One trick I found to keep a cold 'smoothie' consistency is by freezing the diced fruit an hour or more in advance. When you blend it, it is cold enough to where you may not need ice cubes 🙂

  7. I really love this video, but the smoothies isn't healthy, there's some good vitamins in it, but there's really much fat, especially when you put yoghurt and avocado 🙂
