  2. What flour would you recommend to use for someone who doesn't have any intolerances to gluten? Would wholewheat flour work for the cookies or does it not have the same effect?

    Hey Liezl, thank you for all the tips and tricks and recipes on losing weight. They have really helped me and I have reached my weight loss goal which was 20 lbs! Anyway, can u make a video that shows how u have managed to maintain your weight because I want to maintain my weight but I'm not sure if I should eat more or just stop working out. Thank you ~Anika

  8. Thank you soooo much liezl for this ! I've been having my chocolate cravings and this def helped me aha. For those who haven't made these recipes, I made the first one, the clusters ! And it's really really good ! I don't know if it's just me but it digested really really quickly (I just don't recommend it as an "on the go" snack) sooooo that's a heads up ! Aha still very delicious though! Thank you liezl love these recipes love you ! ?

    How did you found out how much you needed to eat? (aka calories) Did you go to a doctor or an nutritionist? I am 1.75cm tall and I am probably around 69kg, if you calculated it yourself may I know how you did it?

    I binge… like a lot, I feel like I'm either eating nothing but a few pieces of fruit and water or I'm eating everything in sight and I can't maintain a balance. I just want to stop eating sometimes because I feel like thats easier than eating pizza and feeling terrible after ):

  15. now that's like a freaking huge amount of COCONUT OIL! I'm probably allowed to eat only 2 of them because my daily fat intake will be reached by then x.x

  16. did you know that coconut oil has the most saturated fat out of all oils? therefore is far from healthy, I stoped using it for everything

    The clusters look WAY too good!!! Choc chip look so simple and sweet, as well as the macaroons!!! What can we do with the remaining egg yolks? Yummy recipes!!!
