  6. I love how you give helpful tips on keeping your back flat, alot of other trainers online just go through it really fast and say keep your back flat, but if you don't have strong enough abs yet it's pretty hard! Love your videos ?.

  8. Your body is absolute goals! You look so healthy and strong! My question is how do you maintain such a lean physique while still enjoying sugar and alcohol.. my body just seems to get soft bloated and watery after one bad night- so frustrating!
