  1. Love your channel! But I wish you knew how healthy our creole food is, if cooked the right way. The amount of benefits that ochro, calalu, corrilla etc has. I look forward to when you feature those, I just hope you can show others the good in what is so available and affordable to us Guyanese. Let’s not underrate our local vegetables. BTW YOU LOOK SO NICE in spaghetti straps.

  3. Another lovely video! I’ve had to learn to incorporate traditional Guyanese meals in my meal prepping, especially since I miss Guyanese food so much. Last week I made quinoa with kale (snuck come kale in there) and did some pumpkin, ochre, and calaloo on the side. Meal prepping takes time but it’s worth it overall.

  6. Nice video! Cauliflower rice just crush it in food processor and then u can sauteed with onion whatever fat u choose garlic
