The recipes look amazing too and now that I've subscribed to your blog post, I can't wait to try most of these ideas! I have a spiralizer tool for my Kitchen Aide mixer and I've only used it for zucchini but now the sweet potato looks delicious also spiralized! I have a Ninja Professional blender so I'm hoping that will work for the hummus as well as your Vitamin Blender. I love beets but have not tried roasting them yet and it looks so easy the way you did it. Thanks again and keep the great food prep and recipes coming!

    Hi! Found your channel a few months ago and I watched all of your videos at least twice. Love love love your content. It's very inspiring! I'm a mom of two kids under 3 and I really enjoy the healthy food ideas as my children don't eat processed food, sugar or fast food. I'm watching from România so all my ingredients are in grams and liters so I was wondering of you could say or write the quantities also in grams and liters because I get a little confused with the conversion. Thank you!
