  1. hej Whitney i have a problem.. now i am trening since march, i changed my eatint, i eat 1500 calories per day. i eat every 4 hours, small meals, a lot of proteins, low carbs.. i don't eat sugar at all. about training i train 3-4 times per week. i have combination cardio+ weight lifting ?.. but now more than one month i dont see results.. should i train harder? change my trainings? please help, any tips are welcome.. ?

  4. I made the blueberry muffins and used soy milk and coconut instead of almonds, pretty yummy. I also made the crockpot veggie lasagna SO GOOD! There's extra sauce at the bottom that would be so good with bread. TYSM

    Okay girl, I´m a bit late to this meal prepping stuff, but let me tell you – it´s THE BOMB! I started off with just lunch last two weeks, but I think I can totally give those breakfast cakes a go from Monday on. Takes me ages to get to the office in the morning and train ride is such a bore, so to eat my lil breakfast cake on the go is the best idea. And quite honestly, I did not get bored of my lunch last week. It´s a wonderful way to always keep yourself in check. But I gotta say, I have never felt so motivated before. Watching your vids certainly helped out a lot, but damn if the life sometimes doesn´t give you the best motivation. You know, hrowing crap at you just to see how much you can handle before you break. And the gym is just a perfect place to vent it all!

    whit i swear i wished u started uploading vids when i started working out in 2015… i wouldve made faster progress instead of being a cardio bunny. i only started lifting weights and getting into powerlifting in the year 2016
