I’m a little jealous some people haven’t started school yet. We are in our second full week and prep has been a major routine these past few weeks already. Darn Arizona.

  2. Amazing , thank you so much , soon we will be coming in to summer in Australia, so these lunch packs will be fantastic.🙂🙃

  3. Such amazing recipes – it’s always nice to spice up my boring work lunches. First to try will definitely be the tuna salad!

  4. Great video. Thanks again for consistency with your videos. Always great explanations, breakdowns, and relativity! Keep at it and keep livin' your dreams!

  5. I’m glad you used chicken thighs for shawarma. We usually use thighs for that and breast for chicken tika

  6. Everything looks absolutely delicious 😍 definitely trying them out! One teeny thing though, it's either Kebab or Shawarma, it can't be both because each is a different style of cooking and presenting meat. Kebab is putting the meat on skewers, which is the case in this video, while Shawarma is very thinly sliced meat that's cooked on a specific kind of station. PS I am Mediterranean so I basically grew up eating Kebab and Shawarma. But again, everything looks amazing! Perfect twist on the Lebanese tabboule! Thank you for being great as always, take care 🙂

  7. Just what I needed!! I need to eat more protein and fiber and less carbs… My sugar level is really high right now and I need to lower it ASAP!

  8. I definitely want to try that tuna, I typically hate mayo based salads but I want to eat more fish so this look good!

  9. Just a suggestion for the Tabouleh – it's actually much better if you also use curly parsley and a bit of yellow onion which has marinated in 7-spice. Otherwise the salad will be bland.

  10. Try to add a dash of cinnamon to your tabouli believe you will thank me. It's the secret to the traditional Lebanese tabouli recipe and of course olive oil

  11. All Win! I'm so lazy & industrious at the same time. 1 Sorry don't make ur food 2 find restaurants that do. Sev in Toledo follow you

  12. I have been following you for awhile and have tried out several of your recipes, it was all delicious.
    Love the meal prep ideas

  13. Thank you! These look delicious 🙂 As a future video idea, perhaps you could share autumn-winter low carb lunch boxes that could be heated up in the cooler months?

  14. I loved all 4 meals you did!! So fresh, healthy and easy to make. I was so happy that you mentioned the Shawerma and Tabouleh specially that I am from the Middle East. I'm going to try the other meals they all look so yummy. Thank you and keep up the good work 👍🏻

  15. when you're middle eastern and the whole first half of the video you know by heart ….. tabole salad and labane and ofc shawarma are household recipes
