    Eat 1 cup of this khichdi as your lunch and dinner everyday. Or you can have any other alternate meal without carbs as lunch or dinner.
    Drink 2-3 ltrs of water in a day, eat veggies like cucumber, carrots as mid day or evening snacks. You can also include 2 dates in your diet during this 15 days to lose 5 kgs.
