  3. to the people that complain that it is too much kcal- obviously you dont have to eat it all in one sitting! you can divide the whole thing into 3 or even 4 servings and eat it throughtout the week. i make a baked egg, egg white and spinach omelete that is gigantic so i just cut it into 4 and have 4 breakfasts ready.

  4. the sodium is crazy but this is definitely an idea I will look into! mostly switching up the serving size into at least half. love the idea though!

    For those who think 65g of fat is too much fat, I'd recommend switching ground beef/turkey with canned sardines in brine/water.

  7. Way too much protein for LCHF/Keto dieters. That high amount of protein will turn into glucose as it metabolizes then spike your insulin. Don't even get me started on the high NET-carb.
