When I made these, I wasn’t planning to eat them. I had just eaten dinner and was stuffed to the brim. You know what? They looked so good after I finished them …

  1. Has anyone lost a lot of weight following the keto? These meals look divine, but wondering if I'll loose weight still? Just looking at these great dishes makes me feel guilty. Lol (Meaning it would seem like I'm cheating often) About to try Keto.

  2. Thank you for sharing this recipe. I’m sure people fill figure out what flavor profiles they like and make the adjustments. You gave the base for creating something new for me and I can’t wait to try it by adding some grated zucchini and broccoli to it.

  3. I didn’t like these. The texture was there, but the turmeric was he overpowering taste. Also, drying out the cauliflower it got all stuck in my rag which was just a pain.

  4. I will have to figure out how to cut this recipe down since I cook for one person. I would not need a whole head of cauliflower. I have a feeling these would not be good the next day or two if I made the whole batch. any thoughts on how to make just one or two?

  5. 👍Almost but not quite with this recipe the way it is…I made this recipe & you DEFINITELY have to SEASON THE CAULIFLOWER VERY WELL so you get a GOOD mac n cheese flavor. You know how regular macaroni needs seasoning otherwise it tastes very bland???…well same here (cauliflower is probably even more bland than macaroni). I very generously added various seasonings & really gave this recipe the same loving care I’d normally give traditional mac n cheese with sea salt, white pepper etc etc, 3-4 different cheeses & definitely some BACON & SMOKED GOUDA! It tasted great. Slow down, chew slowly, enjoy every single bite. 🤗💞🤗

  6. This looks delish! I've ready some of the comments below and I will probably add extra seasoning …. but the BIG question, exactly how much cauliflower? Some are really small and others are really large -it seems that adding three eggs if its a small one might now work out…. do you know how many cups you actually used? Thanks!

  7. Thanks for posting the video keep up the god work. These look delicious I am not a fan of cauliflower rice as a rice substitute, this however looks like a yummy way to eat cauliflower rice.

  8. I just made this and I was kinda disappointed, honestly. It is a fantastic idea, I thought it was going to be BOMB but my son and I thought it was lacking in flavor. I even added some cooked bacon I had leftover for extra flavor. So, I am not knocking this, I would actually make it again but I would definitely add some extra flavor components. It tasted like bland scrambled eggs. I think this was because of the cauliflower. I forgot how bland it is and how it needs a little extra love.

  9. I haft leftover mashed cauliflower from last night. I wonder if I could use that for this. Might be experimenting tonight!
