    You should show more recipes also. Would definitely be interested in your cream of cauliflower soup.

  3. Its that darn cast iron griddle making the pancakes look burned. My pancakes turn out like that whether cooking Keto pancakes, or wheat flour pancakes. I have to cook them on level 2 and cook them forever if I don't want them too dark. But I love cast iron and gas stoves, so I still enjoy them when they come out a bit dark.

    Awesome progress! What do you snack on? Im on keto as well but Im eating too much cheese I think. Do u think cheese and green olives is ok for snacks?

  5. Reality Check: How fat do you want your 4 year old to be? The stomach will hold roughly the size of two fists put together. Your servings are HUGE for that little boy.

    I have 61 to 62 pounds to loss goal to be 118 120again not 194 to198 im 5"3 every day the scale says something different even in a same day it always changes lol

    Me and my man want to do the keto diet to only thing we gave up red meat lol so would have to find other meat like chicken fish and turkey yummy keto meals lol

    Cherries =SUGAR Low carb once he lost the weight he ate sime raspberries and BLACKBERRIES other than that he wont touch fruit because it has sugar in it.

    BbQ sauce is full of sugar not low carb not for losing weight. My husband lost 100 on low carb I gave him some cheese 2 vegetables per meal.need more VEGETABLES.

    I am so proud of you. I have been eating LCHF for over two years and the majority of the time I test positive for ketones. You are doing a great job!

  19. You need to try intermittent fasting so that Your body can take a break from eating. This will force your body to thrive on the stored fat.

  20. Good food, i found after a week of keto that i didnt want to eat as much, portion are much smaller and i dont want to snack, i do enjoy my coffee with cream and sometime vanilla essence in a cocoa drink, works for me, we are all physiologically different so need to learn by trial and error really.
