Yum!! Cannot wait to try this one! I've tried several of your recipes and so far, homerun on everything.
How about some more spicy recipes( Texas girl) with maybe Jalapeños or some other spicy peppers.

  4. I have been waiting all week for this! The teasers were killing me! Pretty sure I have everything at home to make for dinner tonight! I love that your Keto recipes appeal to non keto waters too. Very helpful so I don't have to make 2 separate meals! Nailed it!

Hey man! All this budget keto meal prep is fantastic! Super healthy! And good job taking off your ring when mixing meat. That grosses me out when I see people putting their hands into food while wearing their jewelry. lol. Also, nice tip on not over-seasoning. The acid from that lemon will enhance the salt flavoring enough I bet.

Loved this recipe! Thank you for working hard ♥
Question: Could you bake the kefta instead? What is the down side of baking it?
Also I just want to say that I really like your recipes because it makes the vegetables tasty with lots of flavors and is always mixed with something good that is worth trying.
I didn't eat much vegetables before, now I know I have to eat more vegetables, but I feel intimidated eating just plain broccoli or plain cucumber. However a lot of your videos made me hungry and I want to try now!

I would love more recipes for "picky eaters" like me, where you mix the vegetable somewhere that you can even notice hahahah
    (sorry selfish request)
