  1. I’m about to go to the store to shop for Keto! I’ve never really been on a diet before and after some research I’ve decided to choose Keto. I’m a bit nervous but hopefully I start this off right and I can keep it up. Thank you

  2. your advice on water intake is wrong in my opinion ….your body tells you how much water you need ,drink when your thirsty ! you might want to check out Dr Eric Bergs video on the water myth for better information on this ….its common sense !!!!!

  3. I don’t understand how it works. You’re consuming so much fat how are you burning what you already got on top of how much is recommended?

  4. The eggs described as "free range" in this video can also mean "cage-free". These terms don't equal the best environment for the chickens or the best nutrient profile in the eggs that you will be eating when compared to "Pasture-Raised" eggs. When chickens are pasture-raised, they are not fed a vegetarian diet (corn, soy, etc.) but instead they roam freely and graze on bugs, worms, dirt, and other foods found in the pasture. Some supplementary foods are sometimes made available to the chickens when needed but overall, they are usually healthier than 'free-range' or 'cage-free' vegetarian fed chickens. Tl;Dr: Buy pasture-raised eggs from a local farm or through Vital Farms as often as possible. The nutrition is higher and the yolks are a richer orange color. 🙂

  5. How are you gonna have hummus in the video lol fr. Also how are you gonna say eat as much oil as you want? people are trying to lose weight on this diet not gain. Nuts should be avoided??? Also fat is a limit protein is a goal. There is a lot of bad information in this video. Lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder all are loaded with carbs.

  6. An excellent video. My only correction would be to advise that duck meat is ALL dark meat. The breasts contain more fat than the leg quarters. I believe onions should have been on your “limit” list of vegetables right under garlic. A truly helpful video. Thank you! 💐🌸😘

Hummus is NOT Keto, too many carbs and also contains…um…what was it called, "anti-nutrients" or "nutrient blockers"….um….

  8. You knocked it out of the park again👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 Thank you for this informative information
